1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mindora platform and services, including our website, ADHD assessment tools, digital avatar coaching, and related support services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. About Mindora

Mindora is an AI avatar clinical decision-support platform designed to facilitate ADHD assessment and provide digital coaching support. Mindora does not make diagnoses, recommend treatments, or provide medical decisions of any kind. All diagnostic and treatment decisions are made by qualified clinicians.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• •Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian
• •Be a resident of the United Kingdom
• •Provide accurate and complete information during registration

4. Services Provided

Mindora offers the following services as part of its all-inclusive assessment bundle:

• •Pre-assessment via Mindora's AI avatar platform
• •Clinician-led ADHD assessment
• •Three months of medication prescribing (if clinically indicated); medication costs are additional
• •Digital avatar-based ADHD coaching

5. Fees and Payment

The cost of the Mindora all-inclusive assessment bundle is clearly stated on our website at the time of registration. Payment is required prior to commencing the assessment process.

Medication costs are not included in the bundle price and are charged separately where applicable.

Promotional offers, including limited-time inclusions such as the Support+ coaching package, are subject to availability and the terms stated at the time of sign-up. Please note at present (Feb–Mar '26) the package is under development.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your registration before the assessment process begins. Refund eligibility will depend on how far your assessment has progressed:

• •If cancelled before the biometric kit is dispatched, a full refund will be provided
• •If cancelled after the kit is dispatched but before the clinician review, a partial refund may be available
• •No refund will be provided once the clinician assessment has been completed

7. Your Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• •Provide truthful and accurate information during your assessment
• •Attend scheduled appointments or give reasonable notice of cancellation
• •Use the biometric kit as instructed and return it when required
• •Not share your account credentials with others
• •Use the platform and coaching tools for their intended purpose

8. Clinical Services

Clinical assessments are carried out by qualified, independent clinicians. Mindora facilitates the assessment process by gathering and organising information through its platform, but all clinical decisions — including diagnosis and treatment — rest with the assessing clinician.

Prescribing services, where indicated, are provided through third parties linked to Mindora, medication reviews may be with ADHD trained pharmacy prescribers and not with a Consultant Psychiatrist. Mindora is not responsible for individual prescribing decisions or medication outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and materials on the Mindora platform are owned by or licensed to Mindora and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Mindora is a clinical decision-support tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
