I am a Consultant Psychiatrist and Lead Consultant for Addictions at Nightingale Hospital London, with over 15 years' experience specialising in addictions, ADHD and autism.

I founded Mindora after witnessing, over many years, how people who are often exceptionally capable, creative and driven can nonetheless struggle profoundly with hidden difficulties linked to ADHD and autism — including addictions and other mental health conditions.

Many of my patients are impressive in countless areas of life, yet quietly face challenges that others may never see. In this video series, I want to share the insights I have gained from working closely with them — what I have learned about their experiences, the obstacles they face, and, importantly, what has genuinely helped them overcome these challenges and thrive.
